The Horror film question
Now, I like horror movies, the weirder the better.
BUT...... one thing that has puzzled me about Horror films is the age old scene of a dark night, a car park that is badly lit, a lone car parked in the middle of said car park, no one around apart from the lonely figure of a sleek, slender woman (normally a nurse or a librarian or a secretary) .... She gets to the car, the keys fall to the ground and she bends to pick them up.....the camera follows her every move..... she unlocks the car (KEY POINT) and gets in. as she starts the car the radio or something loud will make us jump, then she will go to drive away and a masked figure will be seen creeping up behind her.....then she gets attacked and killed in a violent manner.
My problem is this...........if the car was locked, how on EARTH did the masked man get in??? If there are no obvious signs of entry HOW DID HE DO IT?!
I would appreciate any ideas you may have on this subject!
